1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the r85com Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the r85com Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform for specific games or promotions. All such documents are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the r85com Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of any Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they are amended from time to time.

r85com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered on their Account and/or through a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

Access to the r85com Platform and use of its Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of Account registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR-administered regulations. r85com strictly enforces this requirement and will conduct age verification during the KYC process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the r85com Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from any gambling platform or be subject to any exclusion order under any gambling regulation applicable to you.
• Not an r85com Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold or use a Player Account on the r85com Platform.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of r85com Services, you must complete the Account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

Each individual person may register and hold only one Account on the r85com Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. r85com employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will take appropriate action where such accounts are detected.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your Account information and to promptly notify r85com of any changes to your registered details. r85com may require re-verification of identity at any time, particularly following changes to account details or prior to processing withdrawal requests.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r85com Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another player's Account under any circumstances.

All transactions initiated through your Account using valid login credentials will be deemed to have been made by you. r85com accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials, unless r85com has been negligent in its own security obligations.

You must notify r85com customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. r85com will investigate such reports and may suspend the Account pending investigation to protect your funds.

r85com strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. This additional security layer significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access and is available free of charge through your Account security settings.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

r85com accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, QR Ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for fiat currency methods and the equivalent in cryptocurrency for USDT TRC20. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. r85com does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Processing times are indicative and may vary due to banking system constraints, public holidays, or compliance review requirements.

r85com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals that exceed specified thresholds, or withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing by the Player.

r85com does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, certain payment providers or financial institutions may apply their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the Player. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to network transaction fees, which will be disclosed prior to withdrawal confirmation.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) or their equivalent value in the applicable currency at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. r85com is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

r85com may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and other promotional offers to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

General bonus terms applicable across all r85com promotions include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if not used within the specified validity period. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring (e.g., weekly reload bonus). Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: r85com employs detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns associated with bonus exploitation, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, systematic exploitation of free spin mechanics, and coordination between multiple accounts to share bonus value. Such conduct will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion: Requesting a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits made to a bonus-active Account will be handled per the specific promotion terms.

8 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on r85com are governed by the rules established by the respective game providers and studios. Specific game rules are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters.

r85com is not the developer or operator of the underlying game software. Games are provided by licensed third-party providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Ezugi, each of whom maintains their own certifications for game fairness and random number generation.

In the event of a malfunction of gaming software or equipment, r85com or the game provider reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and refund the wagers placed in those rounds. A malfunction voids all pays. r85com will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the affected wager.

In live dealer games, the decisions of the dealer as visible in the video stream are final. Any disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the game round in question. r85com will review video records of disputed rounds where available.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r85com Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software for financial gain, including failure to report known exploits
• Fraud, including providing false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in unauthorized chargebacks
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple Accounts or assisting any other person in doing so
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing r85com staff or other Players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or interferes with the gaming experience of other Players

10 Responsible Gaming

r85com is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our obligations in this regard seriously, both as a matter of policy and as a legal obligation under applicable gaming regulations.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all r85com Players free of charge and can be activated immediately from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased following a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set caps on the amount you may lose across any defined time period. Useful for maintaining a defined gaming budget without relying solely on deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum durations for each gaming session. r85com will automatically log you out when the session limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications during play reminding you of the duration and aggregate financial result of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the r85com Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your Account, and r85com will suppress all marketing communications to you. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming by suspending your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or a defined custom period without committing to a full self-exclusion.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the r85com Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is owned by or licensed to r85com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r85com Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software on the Platform
• Using any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices
• Using the r85com name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorization

Game content including artwork, audio, and mechanics remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

r85com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at r85com.cam/privacy-policy. By using the r85com Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

r85com collects personal data for the purposes of: providing the Services; verifying your identity and eligibility; processing financial transactions; complying with legal and regulatory obligations including AML, KYC, and responsible gaming requirements; communicating with you regarding your Account and promotions; and improving the Platform experience.

r85com does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required to provide the Services or comply with applicable law. All third-party data processors engaged by r85com are contractually bound to process personal data only in accordance with r85com's instructions and applicable data protection law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r85com and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages arising from interruption of service, howsoever caused, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if r85com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

r85com's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform or Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lesser.

r85com makes no representations or warranties as to the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, necessary upgrades, and events beyond r85com's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.

14 Amendments to Terms

r85com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Where changes to these Terms are material — meaning they substantially affect the rights or obligations of Players — r85com will provide advance notice of not less than 14 days via the email address registered on the Player's Account. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and withdraw any available balance. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations and the licensing framework under which r85com operates. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict the statutory rights of a Player in their country of residence to the extent that such rights may not be excluded by contract.

In the event of a dispute between you and r85com relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes should be submitted in the first instance to r85com customer support via live chat or by writing to [email protected], with full details of the nature and basis of the dispute.

r85com aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction r85com operates.
